1: How much faster do u lvl up in factions?
2: What is the best proffession/secondry profession to farm?
3: Im only lvl 12 in propehcies, do u think its ok to be playing both at the same time? (like play one for an hour then the other) or do u think it ruins the game in anyway?

A lot faster if you take the time to finish up a lot of the quests on the pre-island which is Shing Jea. You should be no less than level 19 by the time you hit the first major mission on the main-land.

In my opinion, its W/Mo. Warriors can farm most of anything.

I suggest you start off with prophecies first and get used to the playing system and how enemy AI react to different things.
If you want to divvy it up between factions then that is OK as well, it wont ruin your game in any way because the two games might be linked but in no way does faction continue the story from prophecies.

just a small note.

w/monk is the easiest to learn how to solo farm, once you know the basics there are far superior choices.

once you hit lvl20 and had some practice check out the pve forum and some of the farming builds there

Don't go Whammo though...ruins the game for you IMO ( You will start to think and act wrong etc. and certain people ( especially high skilled ones, like me ) won't take whammo's ).
